We will try to accommodate your room type request, but space on the tour and in the hotel is limited. If we cannot provide your room type we will contact you after we receive your registration.
Payment Schedule
Deposit of $2,000pp is due on registration
Balance of package due by June 24, 2025

Single Occupancy
If you are traveling solo and want to be the only occupant in your hotel room there will be an additional charge per room type of $2,500, $3,350 and $3,800 for Deluxe, Junior Suite, and Suite, respectively.

This insurance will provide a refund for non-refundable trip costs in the event of covered reasons such as an illness or injury to a guest or in their immediate family that prevent the guest from being able to travel on the trip.
