Reservations and Deposits

A submitted Tour Registration Form and a deposit of $2,000 per person reserves your spot on the tour. Click on the REGISTER NOW button above to complete your registration online.

Room Type Request

We will try to accommodate your room type request, but space on the tour and in the hotel is limited. If we cannot provide your room type we will contact you after we receive your registration.

Payment Schedule

  • Deposit of $2,000pp is due on registration

  • Balance of package due by June 24, 2025

Payment Methods

Payments may be made by check, Zelle, debit card, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit is fully refundable for 1 week after registration

  • Tour cost is non-refundable after June 24, 2025

Single Occupancy

If you are traveling solo and want to be the only occupant in your hotel room there will be an additional charge per room type of $2,500, $3,350 and $3,800 for Deluxe, Junior Suite, and Suite, respectively.

Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance

We highly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance more commonly known as Trip Insurance. This insurance will provide a refund for non-refundable trip costs in the event of covered reasons such as an illness or injury to a guest or in their immediate family that prevent the guest from being able to travel on the trip.
